On Friday, Nov. 30, Michelle Poler, known for her “100 Days Without Fear” experience, will take the stage as the keynote speaker.

Poler is an entertaining, engaging and authentic storyteller who inspires audiences to step outside their comfort zone and tap into their full potential, according to the release. A TV series based on her “100 Days Without Fear” story is in the works.

“We are pulling out all the stops for our 10th anniversary,” said Tina Johnson, president and CEO of JP Events & Consulting, the organizer of the event. “In addition to prominent women from our area leading eight different professional and personal growth workshops throughout the conference, we are thrilled to have powerful, dynamic keynote speakers.

“Attendees of our 10th anniversary conference will be inspired and energized as they take all that they learn and make goals to grow and find success,” Johnson added. “Whether already in leadership positions or just starting out in their field, attendees will gain valuable insights and find the conference transformative.”

Bringing together more than 500 women (and men) business leaders, the most energetic and dynamic thinkers in business, marketing, retail, finance, philanthropy, education and media from diverse industries are represented.

In addition to the professional and personal development tracks, the conference is bringing back the Mastermind Roundtable Talks, which were introduced last year, according to the release.

The roundtable talks are in an intimate discussion format featuring some of the area’s most influential and successful women, offering a mix of both presentation and open dialogue with attendees.

Prominent women in the areas of personal health, lifestyle, business development, marketing, social media and personal development have been chosen as speakers.

Youth members of the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce’s Young Entrepreneurs Academy will be also be in attendance thanks to a generous sponsorship.

Students will attend sessions in the business and leadership tracks. Each year, the conference names a Stellar Woman Award and this year, with the addition of our Young Entrepreneurs in attendance, there will also award one prize to an outstanding Young Stellar Entrepreneur. Nominations for these awards are open until 5 p.m. Oct. 26.
